Discuss what you need appraised and why. (Estate Appraisal, Insurance Replacement Value Appraisal, Furniture Appraisal, Collectible Appraisal and Antique Appraisal)
We come to you
Following our initial discussion, we will schedule a time to see your item(s).
Research
After we look at your items, we perform the necessary research to determine asset value(s).
The Appraisal
We will provide you with two (2) copies of a certified appraisal.
What to Expect
The appraisal will include:
- Photos of every item appraised
- Individual values of each item
- Measurements when necessary (art work)
- Condition issues
- Copy of our Certification Certificate
We will go through the entire appraisal report with you.
